If there’s one thing I believe, it’s that people matter more than anything. Family, friends, neighbors, that’s what makes a place feel like home. And that’s exactly how I want you to feel when you work with me and my team.
This whole process? It’s not just about real estate. It’s about finding the place where your life can unfold. So before we get into the houses and the deals, I’d love for you to get to know the people behind it all.
We’re more than real estate agents, we’re friends helping friends, neighbors helping neighbors. Our team is made up of strong, grounded, and deeply caring people who believe that home is about more than a house, it’s about community, connection, and a place where you can live out what matters to you most.
I didn’t start this business with a safety net. I was a single mom with four kids, no income, no degree, just a deep belief that I could create something meaningful. Everyone told me I needed a “real job.” That I wouldn’t make it. But I ignored the noise and got to work. I learned everything on my own, leaned into my faith, and built a business one relationship at a time.
Now, I get to do what I love every day, helping people find the kind of home where they feel peace, connection, and possibility. And I don’t do it alone anymore. I’ve built a team I trust like family, people who care deeply, work hard, and believe in doing right by every client we serve.
We don’t do gimmicks. We don’t do pressure. We do honest advice, local knowledge, and strong advocacy that lasts well beyond closing day.
This isn’t just a job for us, it’s a calling. And it all starts right here, in Prescott.
We’re not here to be flashy. We’re here to be helpful, loyal, and fiercely on your side.

With over nine years of experience as a real estate agent in Prescott, Arizona, I’m proud to serve the community I love. From the historic charm of downtown to the lively energy of local events, Prescott’s unique spirit is what inspires me every day.
I believe real estate is more than just buying or selling—it’s about people, relationships, and life-changing moments. Nothing brings me greater joy than handing over the keys to someone’s dream home or helping a client move confidently into their next chapter.
As a proud sponsor of the World’s Oldest Rodeo, I’m deeply committed to supporting and celebrating our community’s traditions. It’s an honor to work with every client I meet, and I strive to make the process as smooth, rewarding, and enjoyable as possible.
Whether you’re searching for your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing, I’d love to help guide you through every step with care, integrity, and a true passion for what I do.
Meet Jess Savoini, your go-to Prescottonian real estate pro!
Growing up on The Long Meadow Ranch in beautiful Williamson Valley Rd, I've got deep roots in this community and a passion for helping folks find their dream homes right here in our vibrant town!
When I'm not busy closing deals, you can find me cheering on my three super-active kids as they dive into jujutsu, baseball, football, and even rodeo! My husband, a talented general contractor, jumps in to lend a hand whenever my clients need a little extra support.
With a fantastic circle of friends—many of whom I've known since childhood—I embrace every adventure life throws my way. Together, we make the most of each moment, creating memories that last a lifetime! Let's connect and turn your real estate dreams into reality!
I’m a wife, a mom, and a Northern Arizona local who knows what it means to call this beautiful area home. From Chino Valley to Prescott and everywhere in between, I’ve lived and worked throughout the region and love raising my two kids in a community where adventure is just outside our door—whether it’s kayaking at the lake, riding bikes, or taking family hikes.
My career path isn’t the “typical” Realtor story. Before real estate, I spent over a decade in heavy-civil construction and several years in the service industry—both of which taught me the value of hard work, problem-solving, and taking care of people. I bring that same mindset into real estate, where my goal is simple: to make the buying or selling process as smooth (and even fun) as possible.
I know Realtors don’t always have the best reputation, and I’m on a mission to change that. I work hard for my clients, I stay calm during the stressful parts of escrow, and I believe a little humor can go a long way. At the end of the day, I treat my clients like family—because this is more than just a transaction, it’s about helping people find the right place to call home.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me teaching my kids about entrepreneurship, kayaking, or enjoying Northern Arizona’s endless opportunities for outdoor fun.

It took me awhile to find my way to Prescott, but I finally got here and I love it!! I moved from Colorado to be closer to my young grandkids who live in Phoenix. Not wanting to live in the city, my husband and I chose Prescott to call home. I love all the activities the Prescott area offers. I especially enjoy the downtown Prescott area with Whiskey Row, live music, social events and great dining choices. I am a volunteer in various organizations where I can support the community while making new friends!
I have been a licensed Realtor in Denver Colorado since 1997. Upon moving to Prescott, I earned my Arizona license and joined Leslie Jacobs as her first team member. Besides helping my own clients buy and sell their homes, I enjoy serving as a transaction coordinator to the agents on our team and providing support to them and their clients.
Hello! I’m Summer Seiersen a local Realtor® and social media
marketer with Leslie Jacobs Real Estate Team. I’ve always had a heart for
helping people—whether it’s the little things or big milestones like buying or
selling a home. It’s truly an honor to guide clients through one of the most
important decisions of their lives.
After living in a big city, I instantly fell in love with
the slower pace, the small-town charm, and the rich history that flows through
every corner of this beautiful town. Whether I’m hiking local trails, biking
through the many mountain bike trails, or stopping at my favorite doughnut
shop, Parlor Doughnuts, I’m constantly reminded why I love this place—and why
I’m passionate about helping others make it their home too.
I pride myself on being approachable, honest, and always
willing to go the extra mile. My goal is to make each real estate journey as
smooth, rewarding, and enjoyable as possible. I’m here to help—every step of
the way.
Hi, I’m Heidi — mom of five, newly married, and basically the CEO of controlled chaos. Three grown kids, two little firecrackers (9 and 8), and a husband who somehow still thinks I’m sane.
If I’m not with my family, I’m outside chasing trails, sunsets, and my next workout.
I’m a true Verde Valley native—born and raised right here my whole life! I know the neighborhoods, the backroads, the best coffee spots, and even where the javelina like to wander. Because this is home to me, I bring not just market knowledge but local insight you can’t find on Google. Pair that with my love for helping people, strong negotiating skills, and attention to detail, and you’ve got an agent who will make sure the numbers add up, the process feels smooth, and you feel right at home from start to finish.
Strong isn’t just my lifestyle, it’s my survival strategy.
I can't wait to help you find your next home!
